All we need is some information and photos from you to design and launch your partner page and any desired interactive tools. Please answer the questions in the Form Link at the bottom of this page and upload photos within the form. If you have any challenges or need to send a photo separately, just email us at together@maximizenwmo.org and we will get back to you with answers and any further questions ASAP.
